Victoria Vetri

Victoria Vetri, Angela Dorian and Victoria Rathgeb ( born September 26 1944 in San Francisco ) is an American actress.

Vetri was the daughter of Italian immigrants and grew up in Hollywood, where her parents ran a nightclub. She studied art at Los Angeles City College and was a model. In addition, she attended a drama school and chose the stage name " Angela Dorian ".

Under the name " Victoria Vetri " she admitted in 1963 as a native girl made ​​her film debut in the Kings of the Sun. In September 1967, she was Playmate of the Month and received as Angela Dorian by Roman Polanski a role in the shocker Rosemary's Baby. In this film she is mistaken as a gag by Mia Farrow with a famous actress named Victoria Vetri, and she later appeared under that her real name.

She was elected Playmate of the Year 1968. In 1969 she starred in the Hammer film When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth lightly dressed the female lead, but after the poor response of this production stagnated their careers. She was then in numerous series episodes. In 1980, she was seriously injured in an act of violence in her home in Hollywood.

Vetri was arrested in October 2010 and charged with attempted murder of her husband. She pleaded not guilty. In September 2011, she was sentenced to nine years in prison.
