Viktor Chirkov

Viktor Viktorovich Chirkov (Russian Виктор Викторович Чирков; born September 8, 1959 in Alma- Ata, Kazakh SSR ) is a Russian admiral and commander in chief of the Russian naval fleet.

Life

Chirkov graduated 1982, the Pacific SO Makarov Seeoffiziershochschule in Vladivostok and served in the port in the Pacific Fleet as commander of the mine - torpedo combat section ( GA -3).
