Vincenzo Riccati

Vincenzo Riccati (* January 11, 1707 in Castelfranco Veneto, Republic of Venice, † January 17, 1775 in Treviso) was a mathematician from northern Italy.

He was the second son of Jacopo Riccati ( 1676-1754 ). Riccati led, among others, continued its investigations of differential equations and worked at Al- Haitham problem.
