Vineet Nayar

Vineet Nayar (born 1962 in Pantnagar ) is an Indian manager and author.

As a member of the Board of HCL Technologies Ltd. Nayar developed its own, focused on the welfare of the people management philosophy, entitled " Employees First, Customers Second", for which he has received much attention and recognition worldwide.

The book of the same has been declared one of the best business books of 2010 by Library Journal of America. In May 2013, is in German translation appear as " First, the employee, the customer ."

2011 received Nayar on the edge of the computer fair Cebit imparted by the Lower Saxony Ministry of Economy Management "Leader in the Digital Age Award ".

Nayar blogging regularly in English in his personal blog, " Vineet Nayar 's Scrapbook " and " Inverted Wisdom" in the blog network of Harvard Business Review.
