Vinylshakerz
Vinylshakerz is a German dance project, which was founded in 2004 and is best known by the single One Night in Bangkok.
Career
The project " Vinylshakerz " was founded by the German DJ and producer Mike Griesheim, Thomas Detert, who had been active in the 90s, along with various other projects such as Activate, and Rico Bernasconi, who is known as a member of Master Blaster, in 2004. Shortly after its creation, it signed a contract with the German dance label Kontor Records.
To date, they released exclusively remixes or cover versions of old classics. Already with their first remix to One Night in Bangkok by Murray Head, one year after its creation, so in 2005 the singles charts of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The single held over two months in the German charts and peaked at number 25
Their next singles club Tropicana, originally by Wham! and Daddy Cool, originally performed by Boney M., they could enter high into the charts. Especially in Germany, the success was inevitable. After Bernasconi got out in 2006, the next remixes Luv In Japan, Forget Me Nots, Can U Hear Me and Hypnotic Tango could not reach the charts.
Again a great success in the clubs reached the duo in 2013 with a 2k13 remix to their success track One Night in Bangkok. This was published on August 2, 2013. The title song mixte CJ Stone.
