Virgin (Band)

Virgin was founded in 2000 Polish rock band. The band was known in Poland and in Polish fans abroad, in addition, the band was planning an international career with English songs.

History

Became known singer Dorota Rabczewska called Doda by the Polish reality show bar and performances in a musical before it was selected from 100 applicants for the singer of the band Virgin in 2000. The band was founded by Tomek Lubert, guitarist and songwriter of the original band. Meanwhile, he is responsible for the music and writes the lyrics Doda. Doda falls not only on through her controversial statements, but also by their fancy clothes and her figure. She took part in photo shoots such as the " Cosmopolitan ", " Playboy" or for the Polish men's magazine " CKM " and other Polish magazines.

In 2002 the debut album " Virgin " was released, which sold up to 11 000 times. The released singles stormed the Polish charts.

Between 2004 and 2005, leaving drummer Piotr Pawlowski and bassist Krzysztof Najman personal reasons the band and were replaced by the drummer Piotr Matysiak and bassist Łukasz dam.
