Virginie Arnold

Virginie Arnold (born 24 December 1979 Biscarrosse Aquitaine ) is a French archer. She fights in the Olympic discipline of recurve.

Arnold landed a first international success as they respect as a member of the French national team fourth in the team competition at the 2006 World Cup was. The following year, the French team secured with her in the squad at the World Cup in Leipzig with the eighth a place at the Summer Olympics in Beijing. In March 2008 she became French champion in the hall. A flu then interrupted their preparations. It was only at the second attempt they managed to qualify in the in-country qualification for the European Championship in Vittel. There the French Recurve team reached the seventh place.

In her Olympic debut, she won together Berengaria shoe and Sophie Dodemont in the team competition bronze medal. During four days later the next single competition they had already failed in the first round at the U.S. American Khatuna Lorig and landed at the end ranked 40th

Arnold Sports soldier and belongs to the French Air Force. It starts for the St. Médard Archers of Jalles and trained there with Martine Laffite.
