Vitaly Malkin

Vitaly Borisovich Malkin (Russian Виталий Борисович Малкин; born September 16, 1952 in Pervouralsk ) is a Russian businessman and politician.

Malkin received his doctorate at the Technical University of Ural. He represents since 2004 Buryatia in the Federation Council, where it is one of the deputy chairman of the Committee on International Relations.
