Vladimir Milyutin

Vladimir Pavlovich Miliutin (Russian: Владимир Павлович Милютин; * November 5, 1884, † October 30, 1937 in Moscow) was a Bolshevik leader and head of the Russian People's Commissariat of Agriculture in 1917.

Miliutin joined the RSDLP in 1903 and joined the Bolshevik faction of. He was an expert on the peasant question. During the Stalinist purges, he was arrested and died in prison.
