Vlasta Burian

Vlasta Burian, actually Josef Vlastimil Burian, ( born April 9, 1891 in Reichenberg, Austria - Hungary, † January 31, 1962 in Prague, Czechoslovakia) was a Czech actor, comedian and soccer players.

Life

= Origin and Acting

Burian's family moved in 1900 to Prague. Burian was first athlete in 1923 he made his debut as an actor. In many films Burian became one of the most celebrated and wealthiest actor Czechoslovakia. His style is characterized by a combination of slapstick with their as virtuosic movement comedy.

Most of his screenplays were written by Emil Artur lunge and staged, he has also made with the famous director Miroslav Cikán.

Soccer player

Since his childhood, Vlasta Burian played football. First, as the goalkeeper in smaller Saturn Zizkov, and later with Slavoj Zizkov, Union and Viktoria Zizkov Zizkov. 1914 Sparta Prague lost due to the beginning of the First World War several players whereupon Burian offered to guard the gate of the top team. Had the players initially concerns, she could convince Burian by his performance. Even after he no longer played himself, he was often with Sparta Prague on the go. In the season 1941/42, he was for some time coach at Sparta and employed in passing several players in his theater whereby the prohibition of professionalism has been circumvented.
