Vleuten-De Meern

Vleuten - De Meern was a town in the Dutch province of Utrecht. It was formed on January 1, 1954 through the union of the three municipalities Haarzuilens, Veldhuizen and Vleuten and a part of Oudenrijn. On 1 January 2001 it was incorporated into Utrecht. At the time of resolution counted Vleuten - De Meern 22,110 inhabitants 27.57 km ². In 1995, the municipality had issued 6.81 km ² with a population of 1,027 at Utrecht.
