Volodymyr Yezerskiy

Volodymyr Iwanowytsch Jeserskyj (Ukrainian Володимир Єзерський; * 15 November 1976 in Lviv ) is a Ukrainian football player. The defender is considered extremely robust and unpleasant opponent who can sometimes hinlangen neat.

Jeserskyj started playing football in youth at SKA Lviv. He then played at Karpaty Lviv Rih, Dynamo Kiev and Krywbas Krywyj. From 2000, he played for the top club Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk in 2007 until he moved to Shakhtar Donetsk. There he was able to bring the Ukrainian Cup and Ukrainian Cup in his first year. In 2010, he played eleven games on loan at Zorya Luhansk, who committed him to the loan as well.

In the Ukrainian national team, he had his first appearance in 1998. After the successful initial qualification of Ukraine for a World Cup, he was called to the squad and came in the group match against Spain on his first world use.
