Wabigoon Lake

The Wabigoon Lake is a lake in Kenora District in southwestern Ontario, Canada.

It forms the eastern neighboring Lake Dinorwic Lake is a lake system that is regulated outflow, and is drained by the Wabigoon River. The lake has an area of 105 km ². Its maximum depth is 14 m. The lake lies at an altitude of 330 m. On the north bank of the small town of Dryden is located. In Wabigoon Lake following fish species are caught: Walleye, Canadian walleye, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, northern pike, muskellunge, American perch, crappie, sunfish, lake trout and American Heringsmaräne. The catch of lake sturgeon is prohibited all year round.
