Wallis Island

Uvea (partly also known as Wallis ) is a 78 km ² island in the South Pacific. It forms with some smaller offshore islands and coral reefs of the archipelago of the Wallis Islands. Uvea belongs politically to the French overseas territory of Wallis and Futuna, geographically Polynesia.

In the northeast of the island with Mata -Utu the capital of Wallis and Futuna.
