Waltraud Strotzer

Waltraud Strotzer, born Pöhland ( to 1974 ) ( born September 16, 1952 in Wünschendorf / Elster ) is a German track and field athlete, who in the 1960s and 1970s - starting for the GDR - was a successful middle distance runner. In the 1000 -meter run she put on 5 September 1969, a world record at 2:42,1 min ( after 1934 and before 1990 no world record was made ​​for the track at IAAF ).
