Wen Ding

King Wen Ding (Chinese文 丁) (* BC; ? † 1192 BC) ruled as the 29th or 30th king of the Shang Dynasty for three years over China. He was the son of the previous King Wu Yi.

The historical work Zhushu Jinian reported that his reign lasted 13 years. And during his era of feudal prince of the Zhou tribe Ji Li (Chinese季 历) had won a brilliant victory in the campaign against the Klan Rong (Chinese戎). Wen Ding praised him first, then he killed him.
