West Vancouver Blue Bus

West Vancouver Blue Bus is a bus company in the Canadian city of West Vancouver. The company, founded in 1912, has remained in the possession of the city and is the oldest continuously existing municipal transport operation in North America.

The bus operation has ten lines, six of which begin in the center of Vancouver. The most important is number 257 and runs to Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal, where connection is made to the ferry company BC Ferries to Vancouver Bowen Iceland and Iceland. All lines are integrated into the traffic group Translink Metro Vancouver region. West Vancouver Blue Bus is the first bus operation in North America, whose car park was completely converted to wheelchair accessibility.
