Western Region (Iceland)

Vesturland ( German Westland ) is one of the eight regions of Iceland. It lies in the west of the country. My office is located in Borgarnes in the community Borgarbyggð. On 1 December 2008 lived 15,720 inhabitants in an area of 9522 km ² ( population density 1.65 inhab. / Km ²).
