Wild Beasts

Wild Beasts are an English band from Kendal. Their music can be classified between indie rock and pop. Unusual is the falsetto vocals of the singer Hayden Thorpe.

Band

The band was founded in 2002 by Hayden Thorpe still and Ben Little during their time at school. First they called Fauve (French for predator, Eng. Wildbeast ), but changed the name in 2004 Wild Beasts. Their first EP, they took 2004, a year later the second. In August 2006, she signed her first recording contract with Bad Sneakers Records. She is now on Domino Records. Brave Bulging Buoyant Their first single Clairvoyants achieved some attention. She came into the indie charts and the band played some BBC sessions, including multiple sessions for Marc Riley ( BBC 6 Music ). The single was later re-released by Domino Records.
