Wilhelm Hoffmann

Wilhelm Hoffmann ( born March 23, 1948 in Bart Bach ) is a former German football player.

Career

Up to B Youth Hoffmann played for FC Rechberghausen and changed as " youth guest player " for SV Göppingen, since there is no A- Jugendelf was existent in Rechberghausen. The fluctuating between handball and football Hoffmann opted for the latter and was part of the season 1966/67, the first crew of the SV Göppingen on, with her in the Amateur League North Württemberg championship runner-up was in the 1968/69 season. Again, he played three successful years: 32 goals in 92 second-division and four goals in eight DFB Cup matches. 1977 Hoffmann returned back to his hometown club as player-coach and worked up in the 1980/81 season, before replacing him as manager Heinz Schiller. When SSV Ulm 1846, he finally let 1982 end his career.
