Willard Harrison Bennett
Willard Harrison Bennett ( born June 13, 1903 in Findlay, Ohio; † 28 September 1987) was an American physicist and inventor. He led investigations into the plasma, astro, geo- physics and chemo.
In 1961, Bennett was a professor of physics at North Carolina State University. In 1976 he became Professor Emeritus.
He has 67 patents successfully applied for. Its mass spectrometer were used to measure atomic masses.
