Willcox is a city in Cochise County in the U.S. state of Arizona.

The town was founded on the Southern Pacific Railroad in 1880 under the name Maley and renamed in 1889 in honor of General Orlando Bolivar Willcox.

Willcox is located off Interstate 10 and Arizona State Route 186 Cochise Airport is also located in Willcox. The village has 3733 inhabitants to 15.8 km ², of which 0.3 km ² water surface. The population density is 240.2 inhabitants per km ².
