Willy Bandholz

Willy band Wood was a German field handball player.

He was a student of Ludwig- Meyn -Gymnasium in Uetersen and member of the local handball crew. With these students fc he already won considerable sporting success. Later, wood band member of the team which won the gold medal at the 1936 Summer Olympics. He played all five matches. In association SportBand wood was active for the Oberalster VfW, with whom he was in 1936 German Vice Champion.
