Wily Peralta

Wily Peralta ( born May 8, 1989 in Samana, Dominican Republic) is a Dominican baseball player in Major League. He currently plays for the Milwaukee Brewers on the position of the pitcher.

Childhood and youth

Peralta grew up in Samaná, but then moved with his family to Santo Domingo when he was eleven years of age to train with his uncle can. In the time before, he had no baseball glove and he practiced throwing the ball with a lemon.

Career

Minor Leagues

Peralta was taken in 2006 by the Milwaukee Brewers as a free agent contract. He played his first professional season with the Brewers in the Arizona Rookie League. After he had suspended the 2007 season, he returned in 2008 back to the Rookie League and played in both the Helena Brewers as well as in West Virginia Power in the Class A. In 2009, he then played for the Class A Wisconsin Timber Rattlers club. In the 2010 season he moved between the Advanced A Brevard County Manatees Club and the Club AA Huntsville Stars back, but was added after the season in the comprehensive 40 Player Squad of the Milwaukee Brewers. In 2011, Peralta began initially with the stars, however, was the end of the season to go sent to the Nashville Sounds.

Major League Baseball

On April 21, 2012 Peralta was then added to the roster of the Milwaukee Brewers to replace Kameron Loe pitched and on the following day the first time for his new team against the Colorado Rockies.
