Windows Sysinternals is a division of Microsoft, are developed in the system tools for the Windows operating system and available as freeware on the Internet.

History

" Winternals Software LP", briefly called " Winternals " was founded in 1996 by Mark Russinovich and Bryce Cogswell software companies. Winternals had specialized in the development of diagnostic software for the Microsoft Windows operating system. The developed software has been commercially available for free as freeware in part under the name " Winternals " and sometimes under the name " Sysinternals " on the Internet.

On 17 July 2006 the company Winternals by Microsoft was bought and later incorporated as "Windows Sysinternals " in the group. The two founders of Winternals have been working on the development of Windows.

Products

The product range includes file system, network, security, and diagnostic tools that individually from Microsoft and are offered as " Sysinternals Suite" in a tool collection for free.
