Wladimir S. Woytinsky

Woytinsky Vladimir (Russian: Владимир Савельевич Войтинский, Vladimir Saweljewitsch Woitinski ;) ( born November 12, 1885 in St. Petersburg, Russia, † June 11, 1960 in New York City, United States) was an economic statistician and political economist, who as head of the statistical Department of ADGB in the Great Depression an expansive economic program, the WTB Plan encouraged.
