The first Sacred Heart school was opened in Amiens 1801. Since then, numerous schools were established within Europe ( and later in America).

In 1842 Woldingham School was opened (then under the name Covenant of the Sacred Heart ), but first this was finally settled in Berrymead, London, then in Roehampton, later in Newquay and at Stanford Hall, until the school finally their location in Woldingham involved. The reason of changing locations was, among other things, the Second World War. Roehampton was destroyed, for example, during an air raid and the school decided that a new location had to be found. 1945 bought the school then the property Marden Park and the buildings.
