Women's World Golf Rankings

The list of world number one in women's golf lists all the leaders of the Women 's World Golf Rankings on since its introduction on 21 February 2006.

The page leads initially to all leaders of the rankings in chronological order. In other tables the world number one will end and the individual players who held the No. 1 position, sorted by the number of weeks at the top of the rankings shown.

A total of eight players had since the introduction of the rating held the top of the golf world rankings. First world ranking leader was the Swede Annika Sorenstam, current leader is the Korean Park In -bee. The Lorena Ochoa from Mexico holds the records for most No. 1 ranking ended seasons ( 3) and the most weeks at the top of the world rankings, both in absolute terms consecutively (each 158).

Series: Specifies the number of weeks that the player was continuously during her longest series at the top of world rankings.
