Woodland Park is a city in Passaic County, New Jersey, United States. In the 2000 census, a total population of 10,987 was registered. By 2009, the city of West Paterson said.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 8.0 km ², of which 7.7 km ² of land and 0.4 km ² ( 4.53% ) is water.

According to the census of 2000, there are 10,987 people, 4,397 households, and 3,025 families residing in the city. The population density is 1433.1 persons per km ². 86.53 % of the population are White, 3.16% African American, 0.08 % Native American, 3.83 % Asian, 0.04 % Pacific Islander, 3.17 % from other races, and 3.19% mixed race. 10.06% are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

Of the 4,397 households 26.9 % have children under 18 years. 53.9 % are married couples living together, 10.8% are single mothers, 31.2% are non-families, 25.5 % consists of single-person households and 8.2% in people older than 65, the average household size is 2, 49, the average family size is 3.01.

19.6 % of the population are under 18 years old, 7.8 % from 18 to 24, 33.9 % from 25 to 44, 23.4% between 45 and 64, 15.3% older than 65 is the average age 38 years. The ratio of women to men is 100:92,8, for people older than 18 years, the ratio 100:90,3.
