Working holiday visa

In Working Holiday programs (rarely also called the Work & Travel program) are bilateral agreements on working holiday stays for young people. The two States conclude such agreement to each ( usually one year ) to allow members of the other State a longer term stay, in which it is possible to finance this by Work & Travel on additional jobs. Germany has such agreements with Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan. In addition, there is a limited program in Singapore, which is not based on reciprocity.

The certificate issued for this purpose, WH visa generally permits a temporary job, with the exhibition as other special conditions must be observed. Usually WH visas are granted only once in life and only up to a maximum age of the applicant of 30 years (or 35 years in Canada). Terms and Conditions

Although frequently of a temporally unlimited opportunity to work during the working holiday year is mentioned, there are rules that you must not be engaged for more than three months and six months with the same employer or a work permit is limited in time in certain countries.
