The Wuluwati Dam ( Chinese乌鲁瓦提 水利 风景区) is a large dam on the river Karakax (also called Karakashi or Karakax He [A 1] ) in Xinjiang in western China. It is located 71 km from the town of Hetian located in the Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region.

The reservoir, irrigation, power generation, flood control, water supply and biological aspects serves.
