Xenophanes (crater)

Xenophanes is a lunar crater that lies in the northwestern edge of the moon 's front panel. It is located between the craters Cleostratus in the Northeast and Volta in the southwest. The Wall is severely eroded. It has a diameter of approximately 118 kilometers and is named after the philosopher Xenophanes.
