Xenophon (crater)

Xenophon is a small impact crater on the southern edge of giant crater crater Fermi, west of the crater Tsiolkovskiy. South of Xenophon is ' Zhiritskiy F', a satellite crater of the south- south-west to beyond the edge of the crater Fermi Zhiritskiy.

The rim of Xenophon is eroded and, above all, on the west side, broken by several mini craters. The crater floor shows no striking features.

The crater is located on the back of the Moon and can not be observed directly from Earth.
