Xiangcheng District, Xiangyang

The municipality Xiangcheng (襄城 区; Pinyin: Xiangcheng Qū ) is an administrative unit in Hubei Province in central China, which belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city of Xiangyang. It has an area of 645 km ² and is 491 500 inhabitants ( end of 2004). He is the center and seat of the municipal government of Xiangyang.
