Xiji County

The circle Xiji (西吉 县; pinyin: Xiji Xiàn ) is a district of the prefecture-level city of Guyuan in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in the People's Republic of China nationality. It has an area of 3985 km ² and has 460,000 inhabitants. Its main town is the large village Jiqiang (吉 强镇).

The revolutionaries site of Jiangtaibao ( Jiangtaibao Geming Jiuzhi将 台 堡 革命 旧址), where the troops of the Fourth, Second and First Front Army on October 22, 1936 united and thus ended the Long March, and since 2006 is on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China ( 6-1076 ).
