Xinhua County

The circle Xinhua (新化 县, Xinhua Xiàn ) is the district of the city of Loudi in the center of China's Hunan Province. It has an area of 3,635 square kilometers and counts 1.29 million inhabitants (2003 ). It is located on the middle reaches of the river Zi Shui资 水. Capital is the greater community Shangmei上 梅 镇.
