Xiuying-Fort

The Xiuying Fort and the Xiuying - forts (秀英 炮台, Xiuying Paotai ) on the Haixiu Avenue of the district of Haikou Xiuying in the Chinese island province of Hainan were 1890 after the Sino- French War (中法 战争) in the period of late Qing dynasty built to defend the southeastern corner of China. The five major gun batteries are still intact today.

The plant is on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China ( 6-1031 ) since 2006.
