XMLSpy

XMLSpy is an XML editor and an integrated development environment for Altova. XMLSpy allows developers to create XML - based web applications using technologies such as XML, XML Schema, XSLT, XPath, XQuery, WSDL, and SOAP. XMLSpy is available as a plug- in for Microsoft Visual Studio and Eclipse.
