Yanggu County, Shandong

The circle Yanggu (Chinese阳谷 县, Pinyin Yánggǔ Xiàn ) is a district of the prefecture-level city of Liaocheng in western Shandong province of China. It is located in the southwest of the administrative area of Liaocheng, has an area of 1064 km ² and about 804 300 inhabitants.

The Neolithic Jingyanggang - site (景阳岗 遗址, Jingyanggang Yizhi, English Jingyanggang site) is on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China ( 5-61 ) since 2001.

In the village Puoli there was the first mission station of the Divine Word Missionaries.
