The State University of Yerevan (Armenian: Երեվանի Պետական Համալսարան; Russian Ереванский государственный университет, English: Yerevan State University ( YSU ) ) is a public university in Yerevan in Armenia. With about 13,000 students, it is one of the largest universities in the country. Rector Aram Simonyan is Present.
History
The State University of Yerevan was founded on May 16, 1919 and officially inaugurated on 23 January 1921.
