Yerkes National Primate Research Center

Is the Yerkes National Primate Research Center The near Atlanta, Georgia at Emory University is one of eight national research centers in the field of primatology, funded by the National Institutes of Health.

The research center was founded in 1930 by Robert Yerkes. It was moved in 1965 from Orange Park, Florida, to Atlanta.
