Yoav (musician)

Yoav Sadan (born 15 October 1975, in Tel Aviv, Israel) is an Israeli- South African singer-songwriter. His debut album Charmed & Strange was released in early 2008.

Life

Yoav Sadan dropped out of college and spent a year in London to present the demos of his songs for small record companies. After his cousin found something in finding producers in the U.S., he moved to New York City to play there small gigs. During this time, Yoav was identified by its environment also affects an increasing number of Electro, Dance and Club Music. By this change he also discovered a way to play rhythmic and percussive guitar. In 2006 he moved back to London to continue to look for labels. Ultimately he signed with field recordings. His debut album was released in 2008 and was, like the debut single Club Thing especially in Switzerland and Denmark to place in the charts. In March 2010, released his second album Yoav A Foolproof Escape Plan, but for the time being only in Canada and Denmark. Yoav was hired in early 2011 as the opening act for Katie Melua's European tour for their album The House.
