Location
Youngstown is located in the Northwest Valley of the State of Arizona.
History
It was founded in 1954 and in 1960 it became a separate county.
Youngstown was built on the site of a dairy farm, Ben grinder as age settlement. The settlement had at the beginning of the age restrictions for Neuzuzügler, which were repealed in 1998.
