Yury Nikolaevich Voronov

Yuri Nikolayevich Voronov (Russian Юрий Николаевич Воронов; born June 1, 1874 in Tbilisi, † December 10, 1931 in Leningrad) was a Russian botanist. Its official botanical author abbreviation is Voronov.

Voronov worked at the Botanical Garden in Leningrad.

The Voronov Snowdrop (Galanthus woronowii ), a species of the genus of snowdrops (Galanthus ), was named after Yuri Nikolayevich Voronov.
