Zbigniew Tłuczyński

Zbigniew Stanislaw Tłuczyński ( born February 16, 1956 in Skierniewice ) is a former Polish handball player and current Handball coach.

He is 1.91 meters tall. His position as a player was mainly in the central rear room.

With the Polish national team, he participated in the 1980 Olympic Games and at the World Handball Championship for Men in 1982 and the World Cup 1986. In 1982, he was able to bring home the bronze medal.

His clubs were in Poland Kielce KS and Slask Wroclaw. In Germany Tłuczyński played for VfL Fred Beck, where he was top scorer in the Bundesliga in 1989, and for the TuS Nettelstedt and the TV Jahn Duderstadt.

Last coached Tłuczyński the Austrian club Alpla HC Hard, he left with the end of season 2009/2010.

His sons Tomasz and Maciek Tłuczyński are also handball player and have played for different German clubs.
