Zettai Karen Children
Zettai Karen Children (Japanese絶対 可憐 チルドレン, dt " absolutely lovable children ") is a manga series by the Japanese illustrator Takashi Shiina, published in Japan since 2003. The work has been adapted into an anime and video game and is classified under the genre of action and comedy.
Content
In the future there are a large number of people with supernatural abilities ( ESP), which should therefore be used for the common good. But some of these specially qualified people abuse their power to destruction. For dealing with the supernatural gifted the Japanese government founded the organization BABEL ( Base of Backing ESP Laboratory). This takes care of people with supernatural abilities, looking this, it forms and protects them.
50 years later has B.A.B.E.L. about three gifted at level 7, the highest achievable. These are called the Children and all three young girls. Thus, for B.A.B.E.L. now to educate the task, Kaoru Akashi, Shiho Sannomiya, and Aoi Nogami, train their skills and above all to prevent them from using their skills against other people.
Publication
The manga has been published since August 2005 regularly in the Weekly Shōnen Sunday manga magazine the publisher Shogakukan. Earlier, a chapter in 2003 and four chapters appeared in the magazine Shōnen Sunday Chō Zōkan in July in Weekly Shōnen Sunday in September 2004, the single chapters also appeared in so far (as of October 2012). 31 anthologies ( tankōbon ).
The band has sold 15 in the first week after its release in December 2008, more than 79,000 times and was thus ranked 10th of the weekly manga charts in Japan.
Adaptations
Anime
The studio produced Synergy SP 2008, a 52 -piece - including a special episode 39-40 - anime television series for manga, when Keiichiro Kawaguchi directed. The character design designed Takahiro Kagami. The series is broadcast by the broadcaster TV Osaka, TV Setouchi, and TV Tokyo from 6 April 2008. Later, the broadcast began by the transmitter AT -X and Kids Station.
OVA
Aitazōsei - On July 16, 2010, an OVA called Zettai Karen Children appeared! Ubawareta Mirai? with the same production staff.

The Unlimited: Hyōbu Kyosuke
The studio Manglobe the animated spin-off series The Unlimited: Hyōbu Kyosuke (THE UNLIMITED兵部 京 介) by the leader of Pandra and antagonists of the original series. Shisho Igarashi is the director, Shinichi Inotsume is responsible for the screenplays and Jun Takagi for character design and animation director. The music is composed as in the first series of Kotaro Nakagawa. The main role of Hyōbu Kyosuke is taken over again by Koji Yusa. The first broadcast began on January 8, 2013 after midnight (and thus on the previous TV day ) on TV Tokyo, and with up to four days offset TV Osaka, TV Aichi, TV Setouchi, TVQ Kyushu and Hokkaido TV, as well as from 17 January nationwide on AT -X.
Video game
Konami published in September 2008 a strategy role-playing game based on the manga. The game titled Zettai Karen Children DS: Dai- 4 no Children was developed for the console Nintendo DS.
Light Novel
On 21 May 2008, the Zettai Karen Children The Light Novel Novels appeared - BABEL Hokai. This was written by Gakuto Mikumo and illustrated by Takashi Shiina.
