Zevenhoven

Zevenhoven ( "Seven yards " ) is a village in the municipality of Nieuwkoop in the Dutch province of South Holland. It has 2750 inhabitants ( 2004).

Zevenhoven was merged on 1 January 1991 with the community Nieuwveen under the provisional name Nieuwveen. On 1 January 1994, the community was named Liemeer. 2007, the municipalities Liemeer, Ter Aar and Nieuwkoop were united to the municipality of Nieuwkoop.
