Zevenhuizen-Moerkapelle

Zevenhuizen - Moerkapelle ( listen? / I ) was a town in the Dutch province of South Holland.

The community was founded in 1991 by the merger of the municipalities Moerkapelle and Zevenhuizen. Initially it was called Moerhuizen. In 1993 the name was changed to Zevenhuizen - Moerkapelle.

On 1 January 2010, the municipality was dissolved and together with Moordrecht and Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel to the new community Zuidplas together.
