Zhang Qingwei

Zhang Qingwei (Chinese张庆伟, Pinyin Zhang Qingwei, * 1961 in Jilin, Jilin Province) is a politician in the People's Republic of China.

After studying at Northwestern Polytechnic University in Xi'an, which Zhang graduated with a Master in aircraft control and its applications, he was active as a leading scientist and manager in his country's space program and its aerospace industry. He was from 2008 to 2009 the position of Chairman of the State Council of ministerial rank assigned Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense held.

Since 2011, as the successor of Zhang Chen Quanguo governor and deputy party secretary of Hebei Province.

He is a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China since 2002.
