Zhao Mausoleum (Tang dynasty)

The Zhaoling Mausoleum ( Zhaoling昭陵) is the grave of Emperor Taizong (Li Shimin ) of the Tang Dynasty. It is located in the district of Liquan (礼泉县) of the prefecture-level city of Xianyang in the Chinese province of Shaanxi.

Famous are his six stone reliefs of war horses ( Zhaoling liujun昭陵六骏).

The Zhaoling Mausoleum ( Zhaoling ) is since 1961 on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China ( 1-170 ).
